PhD students will be reimbursed based on a simple e-mail request sent to the chair of COST Action Prof. Frantisek Krcma (krcma@fch.vutbr.cz). The reimbursement rate is 450 EUR for distance up to 600 km from Belgrade surface transport is assumed) and 600 EUR for longer distances and it is available for participants from the COST Member Countries and COST Near Neighbour Countries (see www.cost.eu). Reimbursement for local participants is 180 EUR. A copy of student card is needed in request mail attachment. Reimbursement will be confirmed continuously (it means who’s asking earlier has higher chance to be reimbursed). Up to31.07.2016, the grant holder must keep geopolitical and gender balances, later this rule will be removed. 20800 EUR is reserved for student grants that will be reimbursed after training school.
